I cant find my receipt for an item I bought for DD for Xmas for 2499 and would love to exchange the item for something else or just get a store creditgift card so she can pick out something herself. I ordered a certain toy and they sent me the right thing only pink. You havent received a receipt.

Toys R Us will probably accept a return of any toy still in its original shrink wrap even if you dont have a receipt though some stores may be stricter about this than others.
